Ideal for outdoor architectural and entertainment projects with its weatherproof IP66 rated casing, the W-DMX™ WhiteBox F-1 G5 is a DMX/RDM transceiver offering up to 512 DMX channels (1024 in Double-Up mode).

This triple band 2.4GHz, 5.2 GHz and 5.8GHz unit offer Adaptive Frequency Hopping for dynamically avoiding interference from other radios in the vicinity. The system adapts to its surroundings in real time, so no re-configuration is needed.

Built to be installed on the outside of buildings, large structures, or anywhere exposed to the punishments of the weather, the WhiteBox F-1 G5 works tirelessly day in, day out to transmit or receive your DMX, RDM and Ethernet signals around installations, be it the outside of a building, over rivers and even across buildings. It include an M10 thread for handing, making it well-suited for outdoor rental environments, providing a watertight solution.

The unit can even be supplied with Streaming ACN, Art-Net or other Ethernet based lighting data, and either output this at the other end, or convert it to an RS-485 based protocol. Plus, backward compatibility with the W-DMX G3 and G4S range of products mean existing installations can be expanded with ease.

Generation 5 also come with a Double Up feature, where it doubles the number of universes transmitted per device – up to 2 universes on the F-1 and 4 universes on the F-2.
