With panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and a design aesthetic rooted in understated elegance, the venue required an audio system capable of elevating the guest experience without compromising its visual sophistication. The sound had to be immersive yet unobtrusive—an acoustic backdrop that adds emotional warmth to the dining journey without drawing attention to itself.

To meet these expectations, K-array was chosen for its unique blend of minimalist aesthetics and high-fidelity performance. The Cullinan needed a system that could provide warm, even coverage across dining rooms, bar areas, and outdoor spaces while solving acoustic challenges inherent to luxury venues: reflective surfaces, architectural symmetry, and the need for intimate sound levels even during peak hours. K-array’s slim-profile loudspeakers and precision-tuned components addressed these issues with ease, delivering clarity at low volumes, maintaining energy during busier service periods, and disappearing into the restaurant’s interior design. In short, K-array offered what other brands could not—powerful sound without visual intrusion.

The installation features a carefully curated selection of K-array and K-gear solutions that work in harmony. GH4 full-range loudspeakers, both surface-mounted and wall-mounted, provide pristine high and midrange coverage throughout the venue, chosen for their compact size and elegant form factor that blends seamlessly with The Cullinan’s architecture. To ensure depth and warmth, the system incorporates GU210 and GH12 low-frequency speakers, adding fullness without overwhelming the dining environment. KS1P subwoofers reinforce the lower spectrum with tight, controlled bass ideal for both ambient music and more energetic lounge moments. Power and system management are entrusted to GA43L and GA46L multi-channel DSP-enabled amplifiers, ensuring clean amplification, zoning flexibility, and perfect tuning across all areas. Additional support from GA201, KZ14, GCF8W, and KA02 I components rounds out a robust, scalable audio ecosystem tailored precisely to the venue’s needs.
