Nestled in the vibrant heart of City Walk, Dubai, Drop10 stands as a revolutionary fitness haven, redefining the concept of high-intensity workouts. Built on the pillars of exercise, recovery, and performance, Drop10 offers transformative 35-minute sessions that challenge and invigorate both body and mind.

To infuse Drop10 with unparalleled energy and stimulation, the team wanted to create an immersive sensory experience through lighting and sound. 

The Pixibar series from Cyclops Lighting, with its vibrant LED Pixel fixtures, was chosen for its dynamic interplay of colors and effects, dedicated for the main gym area and entrance lobby. The selected fixtures included: 17 x Pixibar 48-IS, 16 x Pixibar 36-IS, 8 x Pixibar 24-IS, and 18 x Pixibar 12-IS. In addition, 16 Cyclops FR40F fixtures complemented the energetic ambiance by adding a smooth, soft glow to the space.

For lighting control, Drop10 chose systems from Madrix, consisting of 2 Madrix Luna Rack Mounted DMX Network Nodes, along with the powerful Madrix 5 key. This setup enables the creation of captivating lighting designs, adding a new dimension of interactivity to the workout experience. Madrix Orion miniature Fresnels further enhanced the illumination, providing a spotlight on the training cubicle.

The soundscape of Drop10, essential for the high-intensity workouts, was achieved through the implementation of DAS Audio sound systems. The compact yet powerful OVI12 loudspeakers deliver crystal-clear audio, while the Artec-s15 bassreflex subwoofers provide precise and powerful bass reproduction, energizing every movement. At the core of this auditory experience lies the VMX88 audio processor from NST Audio, masterfully controlling the system and ensuring a seamless blend of sound and movement.
