Replay Lounge Selects K-array for Premium Karaoke Audio in Dubai

Replay Lounge, a new luxury karaoke venue in the heart of Dubai, has elevated the private entertainment experience by selecting K-array as the core of its audio solution. With an emphasis on sound clarity and discreet design, K-array’s Domino series loudspeakers proved to be the ideal match for a venue that values both performance and aesthetics.

Founder Tomas Dundulis, who has spent over two decades in the entertainment industry, had a clear vision for Replay’s sound. “My main objective for the sound system, for our karaoke, was first clarity. And the second was the design,” he explains. “The design of the speaker itself should not tamper with the style of the room.” After testing multiple systems, K-array immediately stood out. “As soon as I heard K-array, I knew this was our pick.”

The venue features seven karaoke rooms, three VIP and four standard, each treated as an isolated, self-contained system. This decision was a deliberate departure from previous projects, where centralized server rooms created unnecessary complexity. “In previous projects, we used to make a server room and then connect all the rooms together,” says Tomas. “So we decided that for Replay, we were going to do each room individually. That means if one goes down, all the other rooms are working perfectly.”

Each karaoke room is equipped with KF210 or KF212 loudspeakers, with Q-10 subwoofers in the VIP rooms for added depth. This setup ensures full-range audio performance with minimal risk of microphone feedback, a critical requirement for karaoke environments. The simplicity of the design does not compromise quality; instead, it enhances reliability and user experience. Reflecting on the result, Tomas is clear in his assessment: “I think K-array was the right solution for Replay. And when I open future Replays, I’ll definitely go for K-array.”
